Today is June 16, 2018. I had my first doctor’s appointment this morning and I wasn’t sure what to expect. It didn’t really consist of much. We just talked a little bit about genetic screening for Down Syndrome and Spina Bifida which are optional scans you can have done. And she gave me forms to take to get some lab tests done. I booked an appointment to have those done next weekend. I also booked an appointment for July 23 to have our first prenatal appointment where we should be able to hear the baby’s heartbeat.
I am currently 7 weeks pregnant. I still haven’t had very many symptoms. I have weighed myself a couple times since I found out I was pregnant and have already gained a few pounds.
At 5 weeks I was peeing a lot but I was also drinking a lot more than usual. My sleep had gotten later, waking up with the sun around 6 or 630am.
At six weeks I have been feeling hungry more often but I can’t eat a lot at one time. I start to feel sick when I get too hungry or if I eat too much. My boob hasn’t been hurting as much this week.
