Sore Back

My back has been really sore this week. It’s been sore off and on over the last year probably. I think it has something to do with my mattress and I’ve been meaning to buy a new one.

It could also have to do with the fact that I haven’t really exercised in a year so the muscles are probably not as strong as they used to be.

I also find it hurts more after doing a lot of rearranging at the store I work at.

I wish I knew if buying a new mattress would help the problem because that’s a lot of money to spend if it doesn’t help.

  1. I hope your back gets better soon! 🙁 I have a pretty awful bed too so I often have a sore back. I had to get a foam roller and stretch out every morning. It helps so much with the odd cricks and back soreness every once in awhile. 🙂 If you can’t use a foam roller, a tennis ball does the trick too for your neck & upper back!

  2. Back pain is the worse. Its amazing how much every little movement can hurt it. I know how that can feel. I tend to have a bad back. I lift a lot at work which doesn’t help. It never was the same either after I fell down my stairs. XD

Not a lot I can suggest other then talking to your doctor about it.
