Zoominescence 2024 will be open every Friday to Sunday starting November 29th, plus every day starting December 13th to January 1st (excluding Christmas Eve and Christmas Day) for a total of 24 public festival days.
The Enchanted Forest is a favourite holiday tradition in Fort Saskatchewan. Local organizations and businesses create unique, beautiful, and fun Christmas trees that represent them and reflect the holiday season.
Every December, the Legislative Assembly celebrates the holiday season with Albertans by lighting up the Legislature Grounds and featuring free festive musical performances in the beautiful Legislature rotunda and grounds.
Parks Day is celebrated annually on the third Saturday of July with participating parks across Alberta. Events and activities showcase the many ways Albertans enjoy recreating in Alberta’s provincial parks, and highlight the role parks play in protecting ecosystems, habitat and species-at-risk.
