I started my Bookkeeping course last month. I am already half way through the third of five classes. I was worried about staying up late, and rightly so. I feel bad for my teacher because I probably look so bored and by the end of the class I can hardly keep my eyes open. But instead of being up until 10pm, at least he tries to end the class around 9:20pm.
So far I am not having any trouble following along with the course work. I have dealt with many of the topics being discussed while working as the manager at a retail store. I’m happy to have that prior knowledge. I am also learning bits of information which was missing from what I had already known.
This is also the first time I have done an online course. I was worried about having to talk to people on the computer. I would much rather talk to people in person. But, other than an introduction at the beginning of class, we are able to talk using the chat box, which I find much better.
I am actually surprised that I am already half done the classes. It is going much faster than I thought it would and I’m sure I will be done before I know it.
