Along with the cold winter weather comes the lovely tradition of getting a cold. Tuesday I started getting a sore throat and now I believe it is a full fledged cold. Hopefully it was go away tonight (yeah right) so I can go to work tomorrow. I’ve been missing work like crazy within the last two months and would hate to bail on them yet again. Speaking of missing stuff, I’ve been the worst student ever this month. So far since going back to school I’ve skipped about 6 classes! That’s more than I normally skip in a year!...

Addiction
Last week after that snow storm we had some -20C degree weather! That isn’t normal for here I don’t think. I stayed home on Wednesday which was the coldest day. I haven’t been up to much. Mostly school. And I finally worked again on Saturday. It was good because I’m never there and I got to reunite with my co-workers. I was getting so many invites to facebook.com that I decided I would go see what all the fuss was about. I really didn’t want to join anymore friends sites because I never visit them. But facebook is different....
Gross Weather
It’s been snowing off and on since yesterday. So far this winter we only had snow one other time which is insane because I live in Canada. But I wasn’t complaining because I hate snow unless it cancels school, which it did NOT. I went to school but I skipped my last class because they were calling for really messy weather and I wanted to make sure that I got home. I left school shortly after 4pm. Normally that means I would be home around 5 or 6pm. But because of the weather I wasn’t home until around 7pm....
Class in the Dark
Thursday my school was having some power issues. Classes on the left side of the hall had power, but classes on the right side did not. My class was on the right side. Any normal teacher would cancel class. But my teacher isn’t normal. Our classroom doesn’t have any windows so we didn’t have any natural light coming in. At first we had the ceiling lights still on but very dimly. He turned on the overhead projectpr to shine light on the white board so we could see what he was writing. Funeral: Round Two
If any of you have been coming to my site since the summer you may remember that my uncle died of a heart attack. Well exactly 6 months later, his wife has died. I’m at school and I didn’t bring enough stuff to read. I wish I had because I could be catching up on my homework right now. I didn’t think about what I would do if we didn’t have lab this week, which as it turns out in the case. So here I am trying to kill 3 hours. I have found a chance to update finally. Let’s recap: New Years was good. I finally got a little tipsy from drinking in public. I only had two drinks but that’s all it takes with me haha.
